We have been building what we believe is something truly amazing. For years, we’ve watched girls transform at our in-person camps, and the most common thing we hear from moms is, "I wish they had this when I was a kid".

We wanted to make that same magic—the emotional intelligence, wellness, and leadership development—accessible to all girls everywhere. Now, she can build a supportive community and develop real-life skills right from the comfort of home, while having a ton of fun.

Our Virtual Girls’ Confidence Clubs
These clubs serve as an intentional "third space" for your daughter—a place where she can trade the social pressures of school for an environment built on growth, resilience, and genuine connection.

At Radiant Girls, we don't just "manage" difficult emotions. We teach girls how to shift them by changing their focus, beliefs, and proactive actions. Using psychology-informed activities, she won't just talk about confidence; she will embody it.

Girls Club

We'll have fun exploring lessons like friendship, confidence, wellness and body image. We use creative arts, games and movement to help girls understand themsselves and others, while building the courage to try new things.

Tweens Club

Navigating the "middle school" shift with tools for social intelligence and emotional resilience. This club focuses on building strong friendships, creating a positive mindset, and self-worth that isn't tied to likes or labels.

LeadHer

A leadership-focused space where teens develop communication skills, critical thinking, and proactive habits. They don't just learn the Girl Code; they model it for the younger generation, building a resume of real-world confidence. stature.

Moms

Included with every club membership is a moms group of your own. Gain access to our Monthly Mastermind. This is your time to deeper into our lesson plans, and learn how to reinforce these mindset shifts into your own home.

Special Event: The Gal-entine's Celebration

Is your daughter ready to see what the Radiant Girls vibe is all about? Our Galentine’s event is the perfect introduction. This isn't a typical "holiday party"—it’s a hands-on workshop focused on the power of uplifting friendships and self-appreciation.

The Highlights:

The Chocolate Heart Kitchen: We’re whipping up Chocolate Heart no-bake energy bites. These are rich, delicious, and the perfect wholesome treat to fuel her active day.

The DIY Glow-Up: A Homemade Moisturizing Face Mask session where we’ll use simple, natural kitchen ingredients to mix up a fresh treatment that leaves her skin feeling hydrated and amazing.

Galentine’s Card Studio: We’re opening the craft bin for a creative session to design custom Valentine’s cards. It’s all about personalization and spreading a little extra kindness to friends or family.

Friendship Q&A: Coach Gina Faubert will lead an open conversation on the art of navigating friendships. She’ll be answering the girls' real questions about building healthy connections, all while practicing simple mindful breathing techniques to help them stay centered and calm.

Choose Your Girls Confidence Club

This intentional "third space" was designed for girls 7-9 and 10-12 to be your daughters place to feel support, reflect and grow - a vibrant positive community away from the pressures of school and social media where she can trade performance for potential. In these weekly sessions, we move beyond "talking about feelings" and into the realm of doing.

Through creative projects, immersive challenges, and group discussions, she will practice the real-world skills of friendship, social intelligence, and resilience. This isn't just a program; it’s an invitation to a shared culture of growth, where girls learn that confidence is a skill they build through action, guided by mature mentors who truly see and hear them.

What’s Included In Our Virtual Clubs

Weekly Interactive Club: High-energy, psychology-informed games and activities and discussions. We skip the lectures and dive straight into immersive challenges and creative projects that make confidence-building feel like a hangout.

The Girl Code Culture: Your daughter will join a group where the standard is set for inclusion, trying hard things, and protecting a positive group vibe.

A Consistent Peer Circle: Your daughter won't be a face in a crowd; she’ll be part of a tight-knit circle of girls in her own age who grow together week after week.

Experiential Lessons: Every month features a new theme—from social intelligence to emotional resilience—anchored by girl focused activities like wellness rituals, or art that get her living her best life.

The Chat Community: Between sessions, the connection continues in our private, moderated online community, a space to share wins, stay inspired, and keep the club vibe going all week long.

The Mom Collective Membership: Monthly disuccsions provide practical ways to reinforce the club’s lessons at home. Plus a private facebook group for questions, resources, and connection with other proactive parents who are aising confident, resilient daughters.

Mentorship & Volunteer Hours: Our Teens have the unique opportunity to step into a leadership role by mentoring the younger Girls Club. By attending classes and engaging with the younger girls in their dedicated community app, Ambassadors can earn meaningful volunteer hours while building their resumes.

Peer Leadership & Impact: As "Leaders in Training," teens don’t just learn the Girl Code; they practice modeling it. They develop a grounded sense of influence and critical thinking as they guide younger girls through challenges.

Advanced Social Intelligence: These sessions dive deeper into high-level communication, boundary setting, and navigating complex social dynamics with integrity and poise.

Proactive Life Habits: We focus on the "Inner CEO" mindset, teaching teens how to shift their own beliefs, manage their focus, and build the self-discipline needed for a successful transition to adulthood.

Real-World Confidence: Through leading discussions and immersive leadership challenges, girls build a portfolio of skills that extend far beyond the virtual classroom.

The Monthly Mastermind: Join our live virtual calls to dive deep into our monthly themes. We discuss the same psychological tools and social strategies the girls are learning, giving you a shared language to use at home, and the skills to support empowerment

The Brain Trust: Connect with a community of like-minded moms to share mastermind ideas, ask questions, and gain fresh perspectives on navigating friendship dynamics, tech boundaries, and emotional resilience

The Private Facebook Group: Stay connected between our virtual sessions in our exclusive community for moms. This is your space to ask real-time questions, share resources, and find support from a group of women who are on the same journey of raising confident, capable daughters

Expert Guidance: Every session includes time for Q&A and practical strategies that help you bridge the lessons from the club into your everyday family life.
